Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: Currently we accept all the major credit cards through PayPal™ and PayPal™ Express Check-out for our customers who has a PayPal™ account.
Q: How long will take to receive my order?
A: We aim to deliver the items within 24 hours, but we will most probably deliver them much faster.
Q: How will I receive my order?
A: Please provide your Facebook email address or your Facebook link and your Mafia Name on our Registration Form. This would speed up the delivery. We will then send you a friend request and a mafia family request which you will need to accept. And you will receive the items as in-game gift in Mafia Wars™.
Q: What items do i need to increase my fighting power?
A: You will need 501 of each offensive & defensive weapon, armor, vehicle and animals. So you are using your best 2004 offensive items when you are attacking; and your best 2004 defensive items when you are defending. If you are unsure, please check the "Blofield's Item Analyzer" bookmarklet from www.blofeldsdirtymartini.com
Q: In the giftbox of my Homepage it says that I have received only 100 items, although I have purchased more?
A: The in-game giftbox only displays a maximum number of 100 gifts at a time. Please check your inventory to see the full list of the items sent. We strongly recommend you note down the total amount of the items you have before we start sending you the items.
Q: What are all those symbols?

The attack power of just 1 of the loot item.
The defence power of just 1 of the loot item.
The combined power of just 1 of the loot item.
Q: Ok, but which of those above stats are important, where are they used?
A:
: The attack power of an item is used in fights, robbing and hitlist. In fights; when you attack someone you will only use the items that have a high attack power.
: The defence power of an item is used in fights, robbing and hitlist. In fights; when someone attacks you, you will only use the items that have a high defence power.
: The combined power of an item is currently only used in Las Vegas Tournaments. When you enter a tournament, you will only use items that have a high combined power.
Q: What does all those abbreviations stand for?
A: VHEL: Vegas High-End Loot (Most Powerful Items from Las Vegas)
UHEL: Ultra High-End Loot (Most Powerful Items from Weapons Depot, Chop Shop, etc.)
BHEL: Bangkok High-End Loot (Most Powerful Items from Bangkok)
MHEL: Moscow High-End Loot (Most Powerful Items from Moscow)
Q: How can I get vouchers?
