*The prices of the items displayed on this website has been arranged by the sellers of those items, and BuyMafiaItems.com provides a middleman service between the sellers and the buyers of those items. BuyMafiaItems will guarantee the payment received by the buyer, and if items are not received BuyMafiaItems.com will be responsible for the refund of the amount to the buyer. BuyMafiaItems.com only gets a commission for the money transfer accured between the buyer and the seller.

*All items will be delivered as soon as possible within 24 hours. Time of delivery is subjected to the availability of the items.
*BuyMafiaItems.com will not be responsible for the items sold after the items have been delivered to the customer.
*Unless the Customer notifies BuyMafiaWars.com to the contrary on the day of delivery and such notification is confirmed by email, the Services or 'Merchandise' shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer as being in good condition and accordance with the Contract.

* After choosing your items from our vast available range you should then go to the "checkout" area of our website. You will then be transferred to our secure third party online payment authorisation service provider- PayPal™. This will allow you to enter your credit/debit card details and for us to collect payment from your card provider.
* Your order will be confirmed to you via email once we have received payment and providing that you have given us your email address. Whether you receive the email or not, your payment for and our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us.
* If you wish to cancel an item or order, you must inform us in writing. You can do this preferably by email. Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. However we will not accept any cancellations or refund requests once the items have been delivered successfully.
* BuyMafiaItems.com will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless BuyMafiaItems.com is negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
